About Cricket Atlanta
Cricket Atlanta is an organization formed in 2020 to support, develop, and growth of professional, amateur, youth, and recreational cricket within the Southeast region. The organization is fully owned by the promoters of The Atlanta Cricket Fields, a Cricket Infrastructure company hosting various tournaments and leagues within the Metro Atlanta. Cricket Atlant’s vision is to
- A significant contributor to the success of minor and major league cricket tournaments with franchisees and strong player pool
- Support growth of the cricket within the Metro Atlanta and Southeast region
- Provide a conducive and competitive environment to all the player community conducting the local, regional, and national level tournament
Cricket Atlanta has formed partnerships with various cricketing organizations around the Metro Atlanta market, regional, and national levels to lead, participate, and support the growth of the cricket in North America. Our partnership relations including but not limited to;
- American Cricket Enterprises (ACE) an organization formed by the founder of Willow TV
- USA Cricket – consulting partners for providing the guidelines
- Regional Cricket Organizations such as Georgia Supreme League (GSL), Atlanta-Georgia Cricket Club (AGCC), Atlanta Cricket League (ACL), and Agha Khan Cricket Club, etc
In addition to the above and due to the unique nature of our ability to provide virtual integration from infrastructure to organizing the games, we have a strong foundation and deep roots in the local cricket community. We aspire to be a leader and an influencer for cricket in the SouthEast region and at national level and willing to collaborate with any organization sharing the same principles and fundamentals for overall success of the sport. We also have strong support from the local sponsors to organize and conduct the games working collaboratively with the Forsyth County (who has been a strong supporter of us) and all other local businesses within the county.
We thrive hard to make our mark in the Cricket in the USA and look forward to having a great major, minor, and many more successful leagues in the time to come.
